By accessing or using Drslot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Platform Overview

Drslot is a digital appointment booking platform that enables patients to book appointments with doctors and clinics. Drslot does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. User Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or use the platform under parental or guardian supervision.

  • By using Drslot, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

  • Users are not required to create an account to book appointments on Drslot. All bookings can be made through guest checkout only.

  • Since no user accounts are created, there are no login credentials to manage or protect. Users are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking details at the time of appointment.

  • Drslot is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user during the booking process.

  • An invoice for the payment will be provided upon request after successful booking and payment confirmation.

4. Appointment Booking

  • Appointment availability is subject to doctor or clinic schedules.

  • Drslot only facilitates booking and does not guarantee consultation outcomes.

  • Doctors may reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.

5. Payments (If Applicable)

  • Fees, if any, will be displayed clearly before booking confirmation.

  • Drslot provides appointment booking services through its platform with a nominal booking fee of ₹20 per appointment.
  • This booking fee is charged only for using the platform to schedule the appointment and is non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
  • The remaining consultation fee is not collected online and must be paid directly at the doctor’s reception or clinic as per the doctor’s standard charges.

  • Drslot is not responsible for disputes related to consultation fees unless payments are processed through the platform.

  • Any third-party payment gateway terms will also apply.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointment cancellation or rescheduling policies may vary depending on the doctor or clinic.

  • Users are advised to review the specific policy shown at the time of booking.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the clinic’s policy.

7. Medical Disclaimer

  • Drslot does not provide medical advice or emergency services.

  • All medical consultations are solely between the patient and the doctor.

  • In case of a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access

  • Upload harmful, abusive, or unlawful content

  • Interfere with platform security or functionality

9. Doctor & Clinic Responsibilities

  • Doctors and clinics are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, schedules, and services.

  • Drslot is not liable for the quality of medical services provided by healthcare professionals.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Drslot, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Drslot and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Drslot shall not be liable for:

  • Medical outcomes or advice provided by doctors

  • Appointment cancellations or delays

  • Technical issues beyond reasonable control

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

12. Termination of Access

Drslot reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without notice if these Terms are violated.

13. Privacy

Your use of Drslot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

14. Modifications to Terms

Drslot may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law
