  • Appointment cancellation or rescheduling, if required, must be handled directly by the doctor or clinic, subject to their individual policies.

3. No Refund Policy

  • Drslot does not provide refunds for missed, unattended, or unused appointments.

  • Refunds are not applicable if:

    • The patient fails to attend the appointment

    • The appointment is missed due to late arrival

    • The patient changes their mind after booking

4. Doctor or Clinic Responsibility

  • Any refund or rescheduling decision is solely at the discretion of the doctor or clinic.

  • Drslot only acts as a technology platform and is not responsible for refund disputes between patients and doctors.

5. Payment Gateway Charges

  • If payments are made online, any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges are non-refundable.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where payment is deducted but the appointment is not confirmed due to a technical error, users may contact Drslot support. Such cases will be reviewed and resolved at Drslot’s discretion.
